Size Adjustment Policy
- •Corrected size costs same or less: Free remake, no additional charges
- •Corrected size costs more: Price difference applies
- •Corrected size costs less: No refund for the difference
How to Request a Remake
- 1Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- 2Provide your corrected measurements and photos of the issue
- 3We'll produce a new product and ship it at no additional cost
Not Covered
- •Customer measurement errors (we recommend our free measurement guide before ordering)
- •Changes of mind (wrong color, style, etc.)
- •Claims made more than 30 days after delivery
- •Items that have been modified or altered
